Save the Dates
I ordered these through vistaprint.com. On the left is a sample of the front of the post card we will be sending. On the right is a sample of the magnet we'll be attaching to the back of the postcards for people to keep. Vistaprint made doing it this way super easy and inexpensive!
Invitations!
At last! I've ordered our invitations! I got them on theamericanwedding.com and I love them. The backer is black, the invite is white, and all graphics and text will be in navy! I can't wait to see how they turn out!
Flowers
So, I'm not huge on flowers. I had a lot of help from my mom on this. She found some great ideas, ones that I only have pictures of from magazines, but I'll do my best to describe what we're doing. I'm basically going to be using Blue Delphiniums and Pure White Daffodils as the majority of my flowers, especially my bouquet. I originally wanted White Amazon Lilies, but my florist found out that they don't ship well and I could lose a lot of them in transit, but she found the white daffodils, that look nearly identical.
The two main things my mom found were the ideas for a couple indoor arrangements and the BM "bouquets". For the BM bouquets, we're likely doing a small arrangement attached to a wooden fan. For the indoor arrangements, we're doing eiffle tower vases, sitting in shallow square vases, with my main flowers and some willow and a tiny bit of filler. I think it will look great!
